Κριτική Ιστοσελίδων: Project Gutenberg

Το Project Gutenberg είναι πραγματικά ένα καταπληκτικό site που σίγουρα αν δεν το έχετε επισκευτεί τουλάχιστον θα το έχετε ακουστα. Υπάρχουν πάνω απο 20.000 ηλεκτρονικά βιβλία για να διαβάσεται ή να κατεβάσετε.

Η αποστολή της ιστοσελίδας:
Να ενθαρύνουν την παραγωγή και ελευθερη διάθεση ηλεκτρονικών βιβλίων.

Η όλη προσπάθεια είναι ερασιτεχνική. Δηλαδή κάποια στιγμή ο κύριος Michael Hart και τα φιλαράκια του βρήκαν βιβλία που έχουν λήξει τα πνευματικά τους δικαιώματα, τα μετέτρεψαν σε .txt και .html και μερικά άλλα format και τα μοίρασαν στο κόσμο. Στην πορεία βρήκαν και άλλους εθελοντές που αποφάσισαν να τον βοηθήσουν. Άρχισαν να βρίσκουν βιβλία που έχουν λήξει τα πνευματικά τους δικαιώματα και βιβλίο το βιβλίο έφτασαν τα 20.000 (και 20.000.000 downloads το μήνα).

Στην λίστα συμπεριλαμβάνονται πολλοί σπουδαίοι συγγραφείς:
1) Oscar Wilde
2) Jane Austen
3) Charles Dickens
4) Sir Arthur Conan Doyle
5) Daniel Defoe

Και πολλοί άλλοι που πρέπει οποσδήποτε να διαβάσετε.

Τα βιβλία διατίθονται δωρεάν και είναι νόμιμα! Το 2006 η εταιρεία συγχωνευτικε με την Distributed Proofreaders που αποτελείται απο εθελοντές που δημιουργούν τα ηλεκτρονικά βιβλία που διαθέτει το Project Gutenberg. Η διαδικασία είναι σχετικά απλή.

1ον Κάποιος εθελοντής βρίσκει ένα βιβλίο που τα δικαιώματά του έχουν λήξει.
2ον Το περνάει απο skanner.
3ον Στέλνει το βιβλίο στους υπευθυνους.
4ον Εαν πληρεί τις προυποθέσεις αρχίζει το proof reading

Δηλαδή το μηχάνημα που κάνει την μεταφορά απο το προτότυπο σε .txt κάνει μερικά λάθη, παραλήψεις κτλ που τα διορθώνουν οι εθελοντές με την γνωστή πατροπαράδοτη μέθοδο (σύγκριση σκαναρισμένης σελίδας με κείμενο). Τέλος το βιβλίο διατίθεται απο το site.

Υπάρχουν και μερικοί τίτλοι στα ελληνικά αλλά λίγα πράγματα. Ελπίζω αυτό να αλλάξει στο μέλλον. Η προτροπή μου: Επισκευτείτε την σελίδα οπωσδήποτε!

Κοκορέτσι

Υλικά: 2-3 αρνίσιες αντεριές, 2 συκωταριές μεγάλες, λεμόνια, ρίγανη, αλάτι και πιπέρι
ΥΠΟΣΗΜΕΙΩΣΗ : Αρχίστε την προετοιμασία από νωρίς το Μ.Σάββατο
Πλένετε τα έντερα και τα γυρίζετε ανάποδα

Τα βάζετε σε μία λεκάνη με το ζουμί απο 2 λεμόνια, ρίγανη και λίγο αλάτι

Εν τω μεταξύ κόβετε τα πνευμόνια , τα συκώτια, τα γλυκάδια σε κομμάτια που να μπορούν να περαστούν από την σούβλα σας, ούτε πολύ μικρά ούτε πολύ μεγάλα

Τα βάζετε και αυτά σε μία λεκάνη με αλάτι, πιπέρι και ρίγανη και τα βάζετε όλη τη μέρα στο ψυγείο

Γυρίζετε τα έντερα από την καλή, κόβετε απο πάνω λεμόνια φέτες και τα αφήνετε και αυτά όλη τη μέρα στο ψυγείο

Το βραδάκι στίβετε πολύ καλά τα έντερα

Παίρνετε την σούβλα και βάζετε κάτω κάτω ένα κομμάτι από το διάφραγμα, 1 πνευμόνι, 1 συκώτι, 1 γλυκάδι,συνεχίζοντας έτσι μέχρι να τελειώσουν

Μετά παίρνετε ένα έντερο το τρυπάτε στην άκρη με την σούβλα και στριφογυρίζοντας την σούβλα αρχίζετε να τυλίγετε το κοκορέτσι

Εκεί που τελειώνει, το δένετε με το επόμενο και συνεχίζετε το τύλιγμα

Μετά το αφήνετε να στραγγίξει, όλο το βράδυ μέχρι να το ψήσετε
